I have been with Mosaic since 2014 and look after all aspects of HR, both from an advisory perspective as well as administrative. My role is primarily to support managers at club and regional level, to keep them on top of the procedures and protocols, whilst also ensuring that our HR administration and personnel records are all up to date.
My background is in HR, which I studied at post graduate level, and prior to that studied and worked in the hospitality industry. I have previously worked in HR for Dragons Health Clubs and NFU Mutual before having a career break to start a family. I enjoy working for Mosaic and being back in the leisure industry, and particularly enjoy being part of a smaller team. I love being involved in a business where the people are recognised as being the company’s most important asset and am proud of the fact that we’ve held the Investor in People accreditation since 1997.
Outside of work, family life seems to keep me fit running around after 2 young children and a dog!OUR PEOPLE
