With Mother’s Day approaching, this is cause for celebration, even with the current circumstances.

We are still pushing our vouchers and packages for future use and so revenue increases, and mothers are deservedly treated.

However, here at Mosaic, we celebrate our members every day, because it’s deserved.

Sure, we will be emailing out our offers for Mother’s day and other various celebrated days. That’s just smart business. They drive revenue.

But here at Mosaic, we go above and beyond the norm.

The reason being, every day is a special day to someone. We don’t have to wait for the traditional big events such as Valentines Day, Christmas, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, etc, to enjoy special occasion voucher sales.

We recognise that people like to give spa days as a present for a birthday, an anniversary, a graduation.

And those days are much harder to spot aren’t they? Or are they?


Introducing BOOST! The way to boost profitability whilst you sleep!

This is where our BOOST system comes in. It’s a unique CRM system that builds up a single customer view of every customer to walk into one of our spas.

It keeps track of key dates like birthdays. If we have a hen party it tracks the date of the forthcoming wedding day for the bride-to-be.

And then, quietly in the background, based on the programs we create, it emails out birthday offers to all our guests just before their birthday arrives; or a special offer to celebrate their first wedding anniversary to all our hen party brides.

It tracks all our younger guests and sends them an invite in for a treatment to celebrate their prom night.

Beyond the creation of the offers from our marketing team, there is no work for us to do. BOOST mines the data for the key dates every day and then sends out the appropriate email to the guest with the special day looming.
