Simple Smoothies

Smoothies are a great way to get the good stuff you need in one tasty, efficient drink. The best thing about smoothies is they don’t need to be overly complicated – there are smoothies you whip up with just three ingredients!

Blueberry Bliss
Banana, handful of blueberries and milk.
Optional: a little honey, yogurt and/or mint.

Strawberry Dream
Banana, handful of strawberries, a little yogurt and milk.

Berry Delight
Mixed berries, a little yogurt, a little honey and milk.

Coffee and Oat
Shot of expresso (or small cup of coffee), banana, handful of oats, ice and some milk.  

Pina Colada
Pineapple chunks, banana, coconut milk and a little vanilla extract.

 

Juices

Out of milk? Lactose-intolerant? Here are some simple juice recipes to try instead. Simply blend the ingredients and add some ice:

Pineapple Twist
Pineapple, a sprinkle of mint, water.

Apple, Lemon & Ginger
Apple juice with a little lemon juice and chopped ginger.
Optional: Try adding carrot!

Tropi-kale
Banana, pineapple, kale and water.

Orange Boost
Orange juice, a little lemon juice and some chopped ginger.
