Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter
Mosaic Spas and Health Clubs is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 5074077 whose office is at Park Farm, Hethersett, Norwich, NR9 3DL (the “Promoter” or “We”).
Mosaic Spa & Health Clubs operate health clubs and spas under the following brands – Fitness Express, Le Club Health & Fitness, Imagine Health & Spa, The Shrewsbury Club, Holmer Park Health Club & Spa, The Gainsborough Spa & Health Club, Shrewsbury College, Ufford Park Spa & Health Club, Beyond Escapes Spa & Gym, The Spa at The Grand, York, Waterfront Spa & Health Club.
2. The Competition & Prize
2.1 The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except for employees of Mosaic Spas and Health Clubs and their close relatives or anyone else otherwise connected to the organisation.
2.2 There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter.
2.3 By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating his or her agreement to these terms and conditions.

2.5 Only one entry per site will be counted, multiple entries from the same person on one site will be disqualified.
2.6 The competition will run from 8.00 am 2nd December to 23rd December 2019. Entries made after these dates and times are not eligible.
2.7 The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
Entry must comment on any Mosaic sites post which starts with: I’m wishing for… before the closing date specified on the post. Entrant must also be following the social media page the post is on. For additional entries, the entrant can follow and comment on other sites belonging to Mosaic. Please see 2.4 for a list of sites partaking in this competition.
2.8 The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
2.9 The prizes are as indicate don the particular social media post
2.10 Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for any Prizes and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
3. Winner announcement
3.1 The winners will be selected at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents
3.2 The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram/Facebook within 5 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
3.3 The promoter will contact the winner for their details, then send the prize to them.
3.4 The promoter is not responsible if the winner provides the wrong contact details/address.
4. General
4.1. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so without prior notice. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
4.2 The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
4.3 Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
4.4 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. You are providing your information to Mosaic Spas and Health Clubs and not to any other party. 4.5 Mosaic Spas and Health Clubs shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
4.6 Mosaic Spas and Health Clubs also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
