Based in the Best Western Dower House Hotel in the traditional market town of Knaresborough, Imagine Health and Spa offer all the perfect location for a fitter, healthier lifestyle.
Our Cardio Area includes treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, rowing machines and steppers with televisions and WIFI to help you get through your gym session. Our Weights Area offers a Smith machine, chest press, lat pull down, reverse pec deck, leg extension and leg curl machine. Our Free Weights also go up to 30KG.
Our 10 metre swimming pool is ideal for both fitness and relaxation along with our Jacuzzi and loungers on poolside. Our Thermal Suite has a Sauna which is set at 90 degrees and a Steam Room which is set at 50 degrees, both with fresh and stimulating essences that change from week to week. We also offer an Ice Fountain, two Foot Spas and a Monsoon Shower perfect to indulge in and compliment our range of Spa and Beauty treatments.
