Spa Manager - Dover

Position: Full Time

Hours: 40

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Spa Manager to join our team at Dover.

A successful Spa Manager will enjoy working with people and possess excellent standards of customer care and a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude to work. You will be able to motivate staff, meet and greet spa guests, and enjoy being able to make a difference to our guests and members throughout the spa. You will also be committed to achieving the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance and safety, and be prepared to lead by example.

The responsibilities of a Spa Manager include:

  • Financial planning and budgeting
  • Regular reporting 
  • Maximise Club sales and marketing
  • All aspects of human resources management
  • Motivation of staff
  • Meeting and communicating effectively with clients
  • Health and Safety monitoring activities and audit 

What do I need to have to be able to apply?

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good communicator
  • Team player
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • A proven track record in Management including retail sales and achieving targets
