Mosaic Spa and Health Clubs is one of the leading Spa and Leisure Management companies specialising in the management of spa and leisure clubs within the Hotel sector. We pride ourselves on providing a friendly, fun and safe environment in which our members and guests can work out and relax.
We are looking for an experienced Pool Lifeguard to join the Health Club and Spa team at the Holiday Inn London Kensington.
We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about customer care and able to contribute to the success of the Spa by ensuring the needs of our guests are the number one priority. As a Lifeguard you will be a strong swimmer and have a keen awareness of health & safety considerations. You will be able to demonstrate professionalism and self-motivation, and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
The successful candidate would ideally hold a current NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) and have experience working in the leisure industry, however for someone demonstrating the required characteristics full training is available to help you achieve the necessary qualification.
- To ensure all hygiene, health & safety and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are adhered to
- The role will primarily be of lifeguarding the 18m pool, whilst also ensuring that pool and pool area is kept clean at all times
- All members of the team are expected to perform some front of house duties, including meeting and greeting customers, answering the phone and taking bookings

Both full time or part time hours are available, and flexible over a 7-day shift pattern, including evenings and weekends. Whilst the position available is permanent, we may be able to consider applications from candidates who hold the relevant qualification and only looking for seasonal work.
