Steering clear of certain ingredients is crucial; for instance, avoid formulations containing retinoids and salicylic acid during pregnancy, as their safety for the baby has not been conclusively established. Consider incorporating skincare products containing shea butter, renowned for its moisturising properties, or chamomile, with its soothing and anti-inflammatory qualities, can be particularly beneficial for calming sensitive skin.

Stretch Mark Prevention
